‘One Hollywood Residences’ To Break Ground In 2025 At 1817 Taylor Street, Hollywood, Florida

A now-vacant parcel in Hollywood, Florida, will soon find new life as a 22-story residential venture. One Hollywood Residences will feature 248 units ranging from 517 to 1,425 square feet, with construction expected to start next summer.
According to Condo Blackbook, floorplans range from studios to three bedrooms, offering 11 different layout plans. Future residents will enjoy a host of communal amenities, including a swimming pool, rooftop garden, fitness center, and co-working spaces—just to name a few.

At the time of publication, the South Florida Business Journal reported that the units would start in the $400,000s, which averages to about $700 a square foot. The project’s sales director told sources that these prices would likely increase the closer One Hollywood Residences gets to completion, which is planned for late 2027.
The 22-story venture is unique in that owners can rent out their condos for a profit. Some stipulations apply. 1817 Taylor Development acquired the 35,516-square-foot build site for $6.7 million in 2022. It originally planned to build Star Tower Hollywood, which would offer 182 residential units and 9,000 square feet of retail, but that venture has since changed course.
One Hollywood Residences is slated for 1817 Taylor Street, Hollywood, Florida, 33020 in Broward County. It’ll be north (and within walking distance) of ArtsPark at Young Circle, lying west of U.S. Route 1.
